President

Todd brings over two decades of hands-on experience in the Edmonton foundation repair industry. Throughout his career, he has assessed thousands of residential and commercial properties, earning a reputation for his expertise in project management, employee leadership, sales, and vendor relations.

Todd holds diplomas in Architectural Technology and Business Marketing from NAIT and combines formal education with a lifetime of real-world experience applicable to virtually any foundation repair scenario. He is also a recipient of multiple leadership and business awards, reflecting his dedication to excellence and innovation in the field.

Sr. Operations Manager

Tammy plays a leading role in driving Shield forward, guiding both the day-to-day execution and the long-term vision of the business. With over 20 years of experience in management, customer service and administrative leadership across construction, oil and gas, and engineering, she now leads the overall coordination of Shield’s business operations.

Tammy ensures the company stays aligned and on track, with clear, effective processes and a solid foundation for continued growth. Her strategic mindset and lofty standards drive exceptional results for both the team and Shield’s customers.
